FAQs

1. We have 3 lots and should get 3 votes. Does voting once convey over to all 3 lots?

Yes your vote does convey to all your lots.  The Electronic Voting System (EVS) automatically weights your vote by the number of lots you own.  For example, if you own 3 lots and you vote to Abstain, then the EVS will cast 3 votes for the Abstain option.  For another example, if you own 2 lots and you vote for a particular candidate (or you write in a candidate's name), then the EVS will cast 2 votes for that candidate. Check the 2023 amendment to the Protective Covenants making it clear that "lots" is defined to be those as originally platted by the Developer( see the list attached to this amendment), and that if an owner has merged 2 or more lots into one parcel, the owner still can vote one time for each original lot owned.
